INSIDE COACHES NOTES

Change. We all are predisposed to the flow of change in our lives. We cannot avoid it and rarely give much thought to how it is moving through our lives and moving us with its momentum. We can get so caught up in its turbulence that we cannot hear our own inner voice. And yet without the movement of change we cease to attain what it is we most desire.

We are constantly in the midst of change. We can flow and move with the changes, or grasp at anything that is within our grasp to hold us where we have been, for a bit longer. In the end of it, we all must change. We all must move and if we are in tune with the rhythms and movements within our lives, we will open our vision to see how this next change can bring us closer to what it is we have been asking for in our lives. Yes, asking for that: new job, the relationship we have secretly desired, the home and family or friendships we thrive within, or the time and resources to do the things we love to do. Receiving these changes moves, shifts and realigns our life. We cannot accept the gifts if we do not open, receive and change from the requestor to the receiver.

What have you been asking for? Have you wanted more, less, comfort, time, balance, harmony or love? In your requesting and focused intending what are you doing to receive? When the flood of change moves through your life will you be seeking safety and trying to escape or will you be filling your life with the blessings of receiving what you have desired? Will you be hanging onto the familiarity of your old life or will you jump in with the zest and vigor of the cliff diver? Who will you BE when your desires are rushing into your life? Are these really the changes you desire, or are you attracting desires that are contrary to the rhythm of your own life?

Perhaps what we have been patiently waiting for is exactly what we fear the most? And yet we cannot stop the flow. We have called the river, we have sent the message, we have chosen our truths and now we are being given everything we have ever asked to have in our life.

We must open our hearts to be active listeners to the flow in our lives. We must choose wisely the intentions we send forward as our desires and we must respect ourselves enough to return the exchange of energy by openly receiving what we have chosen.

Embrace your creations. Allow yourself to openly receive what change has brought into your life. Bring greater awareness into what you ask for and how this will evoke change. Enjoy your month and your progress!

Teachable Moments A Message From The Hopi Elders -

"There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and swift, that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold on to the shore. They will feel they are being torn apart and will suffer greatly. Know the river has its destination. The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water. And I say, see who is in there with you and celebrate.

At this time in history, we are to take nothing personal. Least of all, ourselves. For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes to a halt.

The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves!

Banish the word "struggle" from your attitude and your vocabulary. All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.

Lighten Up! IS YOUR HUT BURNING???

The only survivor of a shipwreck was washed up on a small, uninhabited island.



He prayed feverishly for God to rescue him, and every day he scanned the horizon for help, but none seemed forthcoming.


Exhausted, he eventually managed to build a little hut out of driftwood to protect him from the elements, and to store his few possessions.


But then one day, after scavenging for food, he arrived home to find his little hut in flames, the smoke rolling up to the sky. The worst had happened; everything was lost. He was stunned with grief and anger.


"God, how could you do this to me!" he cried.
Early the next day, however, he was awakened by the sound of a ship that was approaching the island. It had come to rescue him.


"How did you know I was here?" asked the weary man of his rescuers.


"We saw your smoke signal," they replied.
